How it Works
We work with organizations to create an Insights Playbook – a digital repository of the insights their teams learn as they solve problems, create products, work with customers, and more.
The playbook is integrated into an organization’s existing systems. When anyone wants to do something, they can go into the playbook, view the topic listing or search its contents, and easily find out whether someone else in the organization has already done what they want to do, and how they did it.
We make the Insights Playbook actionable and build up its content by running live activities where teams in the organization give each other direct help on their most important issues. Key activities include:
- Goals Calls: Teams help each other identify their biggest goal for the coming week and get specific about how exactly they’re going to get it done. Then, the next week, they track their progress and share what they learned.
- Feedback Calls: Teams get concrete feedback on their most pressing issue and give feedback to other teams.
- Work Sprints: Each participant sets out what they want to do in a focused 60 minutes of work, and then they get that work done while other participants do the same live. Then we identify any key resources participants used and anything they figured out along the way.
Through these activities, an organization not only develops a dynamic and powerful Insights Playbook, but its teams become invested in each other’s success and motivate each other forward.
